On April 11, 2025, the Court granted preliminary approval of a settlement in Michael Brantley, et. al v. City of Gretna & Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. On May 1, 2025, postcards were mailed to all class members with information on how to submit a claim via the claims administrator’s website: www.gretnaticketsettlement.com. You will need your unique class member ID – which is listed on the postcard – to access the site and submit a claim.
